Ad Scripts — Batch 1
Filming Brief for JC. 7 scripts, 7 different messages.

Why 7 New Scripts?

Right now, all your ads say basically the same thing: "agencies are expensive, you only need $1,000, watch my free video." The algorithm sees these as one message and keeps showing them to the same small group of people.

That's why your frequency is already 1.7 in April (the average person has seen your ads almost twice in 5 days) and Meta isn't spending your full budget. It can't find new people because it only has one message to work with.

The fix: give the algorithm genuinely different messages. Each of these 7 scripts talks to a different type of person, about a different problem, with a different emotion. A business owner dreaming about a full calendar is a different person than someone who just got burned by an agency. The algorithm finds each of them separately.

More diverse messages = more types of people reached = lower cost per lead = your budget actually delivers.

These scripts are also filmed in different settings and formats on purpose. When someone scrolls past your ad on mute, they should look visually different from each other. Three use screen recording (new format for your account), two work outdoors or in a casual setting, one uses the whiteboard for math. Variety signals "different ad" to both the algorithm and the viewer.

Before You Film

Film the full version of each script. We can cut shorter versions in editing.

These are guides, not teleprompter text. Hit the key points in your own words. The bolded lines are the ones that really need to land.

Caption everything. Your captioned ads are outperforming across the board right now.

Three scripts need screen recording (Scripts 3, 5, and 8). Have your laptop ready with Google Maps and an AI tool open for those.

The Scripts

1

Fully Booked Dream

Why this angle: 37.5% of your paying customers used the word "booked" to describe their dream: "being fully booked," "being booked up," "jobs book front one week in calendar." But zero of your current ads talk about the dream. They all talk about the problem. This ad reaches the people who are motivated by where they want to go, not just what they want to escape.
Setting: NOT the whiteboard. Different room, casual, natural light. Juice bar, outside, anywhere new.
Energy: Relaxed, aspirational. A friend who figured it out and genuinely wants to help.
Length: About 2 minutes  |  No agency talk in this one. Pure aspiration.

Hook

What does your week look like when your calendar is fully booked?

When every single slot is taken. When you have to start telling people, "I can't take you this week, call me next week."

Build the Dream

Think about that for a second. You wake up Monday morning, you check your phone, and you already have three, four messages from people who want to book. You haven't even had your coffee yet.

You go to work, you do what you're amazing at, and your phone keeps going off. Not because you begged anyone. Not because you posted some desperate thing on Facebook. Because you have a system running in the background that brings people to you.

You know what that feels like? That feels like you can finally plan. You can hire. You can breathe. That's what "fully booked" actually means.

The Reality

But here's the thing. Most local business owners don't know what that feels like. Right?

You wake up, you check your phone. Nothing. You go do incredible work for the few customers you have. You come home, you're exhausted, and you think, "Maybe tomorrow somebody will call." And then tomorrow comes and it's the same thing.

You're relying on word of mouth. You're hoping your buddy refers someone. You're praying.

"That's not a business. That's a gamble."

Bridge

Here's what I want you to understand. The businesses in your area that are fully booked right now? They're not better than you at what they do. I promise you that. They just figured out how to be visible online.

Their Google Maps is showing up when somebody searches. Their social media is active. They're running a few targeted ads in their area. That's it. That's the whole secret.

And it doesn't cost what you think. I'm talking about $1,000 a month. Two hours a week of your time. That's all it takes when you know what you're doing.

Credibility

I own multiple businesses. I do my own marketing for all of them. And I've seen business owners go from dead phones to fully booked in just about every industry you can think of. Plumbers, dentists, restaurants, salons. The system is the same.

CTA

I put together a free training video where I break down the entire system, step by step. How to set up your Google Maps the right way. How to run ads on a small budget. How to show up online so customers come to you instead of your competitor.

It's completely free. Go watch it and see if it makes sense for your business. Click the link below and go watch it now.

2

Stop Hiring. Start Learning.

Why this angle: Your agency-burned segment converts at 28.6%, the highest of any group. Your current agency ads ("90% of marketers are fake") work but stay on the surface. This goes deeper: validates their specific experience, explains WHY the system failed them from an insider perspective, and sells the independence of learning it yourself. Different emotional texture = different ad to the algorithm.
Setting: Direct to camera, casual. Could also work walking outside.
Energy: Most emotionally intense script. You're an insider breaking ranks. Passionate, empathetic, truthful.
Length: About 2.5 minutes  |  NOT "agencies are scammers." Nuanced: market mismatch, not villainy.

Hook

If you've ever hired a marketing agency and felt like you just threw your money away, I need you to hear something.

"You weren't wrong. And it wasn't your fault."

The Validation

Here's what probably happened. You found an agency. They came in with a nice presentation. They promised you leads, they promised you results, they asked for $2,000 or $3,000 a month. You signed because you didn't know what else to do.

Then they disappeared. Maybe they posted some stuff on your social media. Maybe they ran some ads. They sent you a report every month with numbers, impressions, reach, clicks, and you looked at it and thought, "I don't know what any of this means, but my phone still isn't ringing."

And after three months, six months, maybe a year, you cancelled. And you felt stupid. Like you should have known better.

The Insider Truth

Listen. I own a marketing agency. I know this industry from the inside. And I'm going to tell you something that no agency wants you to hear.

At the budget a local business can afford, $1,000, $2,000 a month, most agencies cannot deliver real results. It's not that they're all scammers. Some are. But most of them are just small operations trying to serve too many clients with too few people. They copy-paste the same strategy, they don't have time to learn your business, and they charge you monthly because that's how they keep the lights on.

"The system isn't built for you. It's built for them."

The Alternative

Here's what I started telling business owners. Stop hiring. Start learning.

For less than what you paid your agency for two months, you can learn the entire marketing system yourself. Google Maps, social media, paid ads, all of it. And the difference is, when YOU understand it, nobody can take it from you. Nobody can charge you monthly for something you know how to do. And if you ever do hire someone again, you'll know exactly what good work looks like. They can't fool you twice.

That's not just saving money. That's taking control of your business.

Credibility

I own multiple businesses outside the agency. Juice bars, photography, consulting. I do my own marketing for all of them. The system I teach is the same system I use every day. And I've watched business owners who got burned just like you go from empty phones to fully booked once they learned it themselves.

CTA

I put together a free training that breaks down the whole system, step by step. Not theory. Not some guru selling a dream. This is exactly how I run marketing for my own businesses, taught to you so you can do the same thing.

If you're done trusting other people with your marketing, this is how you take it back. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.

3

I Googled My Business and Wasn't There

Why this angle: 7 out of 10 people on your calls had major Google Maps problems they didn't know about. The live audit is your #1 sales tool, and this turns it into ad content. The screen recording format is brand new for your account. Every ad right now is talking head or whiteboard. This looks completely different in the feed.
Setting: SCREEN RECORDING. Your face in a corner bubble, Google Maps on the main screen.
Energy: Diagnostic. Like a doctor examining an X-ray. Calm authority, genuine surprise at the problems.
Length: About 2.5 minutes  |  Have ready: Laptop with Google Maps. Search a generic business type (not a real prospect).

Hook

Here's something I want you to do right now. Pull out your phone. Open Google. Type in the service you offer, plus your city.

Tell me. Do you show up?

The Reveal (start screen recording here)

Because I do this with business owners every single day, and here's what I usually find.

(Search a local service on Google Maps. Show the top 3 results.)

You see these top three results? These businesses are getting calls right now. Customers are clicking on them, reading their reviews, looking at their photos, and calling them. Right now. While we're talking.

And if you're not in these top spots? You don't exist. It doesn't matter how good you are. If they can't find you, they can't hire you. That's it.

The Audit (click into a listing)

Now let me show you what I find when I actually click into a listing. I see this every single time.

Look at this. Wrong business category. When's the last time they posted a photo? Never. Reviews? They have some, but not a single one is answered. Not the good ones, not the bad ones. Nothing.

Their hours might be wrong. Their website link might be broken. Their description is empty.

This is a business that's open, that's doing good work, that has real customers. But online? They look abandoned. Google sees this and says, "Why would I show this to anybody?"

And here's the crazy part. Fixing this takes an afternoon.

Bridge

Google Maps is just the beginning. Your social media, your ads, your whole online presence. There's a system to this. And when you set it up correctly, on $1,000 a month, customers start finding YOU.

I own multiple businesses. I do this for all of them. And I've watched business owners fix these exact problems and go from invisible to fully booked. Same process every time.

CTA

I put together a free training video where I walk you through the whole system. Not just Google Maps. Everything. Step by step.

If you just did that search and didn't like what you found, this video is for you. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.

4

Your Competitor Isn't Better. They're Just Visible.

Why this angle: Over half of your applicants are relying on word of mouth and watching competitors win. This angle already produced a buyer (cyrine) in an earlier campaign, but that creative got stale. Fresh version with fixed language and a new visual format (outdoor/walking). Same proven concept, new execution.
Setting: Walking outside. Commercial area or downtown. Movement adds energy.
Energy: Passionate but controlled. Genuinely bothered by the injustice of good businesses being invisible.
Length: About 2 minutes  |  No agency talk. The villain is invisibility, not agencies.

Hook

Your competitor down the street is fully booked right now. And I promise you, they're not better than you at what you do.

They just figured out how to show up online. That's the only difference.

The Picture

Think about what's happening right now in your city. Somebody needs exactly what you offer. They pull out their phone, they search on Google. Your competitor pops up. Five stars, fresh photos, recent reviews. They click. They call. They book.

And you? You're not even in the search results. Not because your work is worse. Not because your prices are higher. Because nobody can find you.

The Reframe

"Here's what kills me about this." Most of the business owners I talk to, they've been relying on word of mouth for years. Word of mouth is great, when it works. But it's not a system. You can't control it. One month you're slammed, next month you're wondering where everybody went.

Your competitor didn't get lucky. They just set up the basics. Google Maps, social media, a few ads. That's what "figured out marketing" actually looks like.

Bridge

You can do the exact same thing. On $1,000 a month. In about two hours a week. I've seen it work in just about every local business you can think of.

I own multiple businesses myself. I do my own marketing for all of them. The difference between invisible and fully booked? It's not talent. It's not budget. It's just knowing how to set up the system.

CTA

I put together a free training where I walk you through the whole thing. Step by step.

If you're tired of watching your competition win customers that should be yours, this video is for you. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.

5

Two Hours a Week + AI

NOTE: This script uses AI tools as the main hook. Brandon needs to confirm with you: are AI tools a significant part of the course? If yes, film as written. If not, we will rework it.
Why this angle: "I don't have time" is the #1 reason people don't buy on your calls (60% of non-closes). This ad addresses it before they ever talk to you. If they've already seen "two hours a week" and believed it, the time objection is half-defeated before the call starts. The screen recording of AI producing a week of content in 45 seconds makes the claim believable.
Setting: SCREEN RECORDING. Your face in a corner, AI tool on the main screen.
Energy: Excited but grounded. You genuinely love this stuff. Let that come through.
Length: About 2.5 minutes  |  Have ready: Laptop with AI tool open.

Hook

What if I told you that your entire marketing system, Google Maps, social media, ads, all of it, takes two hours a week?

Not two hours a day. Two hours a week.

Demonstration (start screen recording)

Let me show you what I mean. Watch this.

(Open AI tool. Type in business type, location, topic.)

I'm going to type in my business type, my location, and what I want to post about this week. That's it. Three lines.

(Show the output.)

Look at that. Five posts for the week. Captions written. Hashtags done. I didn't write a single word. Took me about 45 seconds.

Now I take these, drop them into a scheduler, and my social media is done for the week. That piece used to take three, four hours. Now it takes ten minutes.

The Reframe

Here's what most people get wrong. They think marketing is this massive time commitment. Hours every day. Learning complicated software.

That used to be true. It's not true anymore.

The tools that exist right now changed everything. What used to take 10 hours a week now takes two. And I'm not talking about doing it badly. I'm talking about doing it the right way, with a system.

Bridge

The whole system runs on $1,000 a month and about two hours a week. That's one evening. That's a Sunday morning with your coffee.

I do this for all of my own businesses. Same system every time.

CTA

I put together a free training where I break down the whole thing, step by step.

If you've been putting off marketing because you thought it would eat up all your time, this video will change how you think about it. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.

6

One-Time vs $36K/Year Agency

Why this angle: The agency cost comparison is your strongest closing tool on calls, and it's working on the landing page. This puts that math in front of people before they click. It mentions the price ($3,500 and $350/mo) on purpose. People who click after seeing the price are pre-qualified. This also works as a static image or carousel, giving us a format the algorithm hasn't seen.
Setting: Whiteboard. This is a math ad. Write the numbers as you talk.
Energy: Straightforward, math-teacher. Let the numbers speak.
Length: About 2 minutes  |  Note: $3,500 and $350/mo mentioned on purpose.

Hook

How much does it cost to hire a marketing agency for a local business? Let's do the math real quick.

Most agencies charge $2,000 to $3,000 a month. On the low end. That's $24,000 to $36,000 a year.

The Breakdown (write on whiteboard)

For that money, what do you get? Someone who posts three times a week. Runs some ads. Sends you a report full of numbers you don't understand. And your phone still doesn't ring.

I'm not saying every agency is bad. But at the budget most local business owners can afford? You're not getting the great ones.

The Flip (write the comparison)

Now here's the other option.

(Write: "$3,500 — one time. Own it forever.")

For $3,500, you learn the entire system yourself.

That's less than two months of an agency retainer. And you own it. Nobody can take it away. If you ever hire someone later, you'll know if they're doing a good job or ripping you off.

(Write: "$350/mo x 12")

If $3,500 up front is too much right now, it's $350 a month. What most people spend on Bark for garbage leads. Except this doesn't disappear. You keep the knowledge forever.

Credibility

I own a marketing agency. I know what they charge and what they deliver at every price point. At your budget level, learning this yourself is the better investment.

CTA

I put together a free training that breaks down the whole system. Step by step.

If you've been paying an agency and not seeing results, or thinking about hiring one, watch this first. It's free. Click the link below.

7

I Started Posting and Stopped

Why this angle: 6 out of 10 business owners on your calls have this exact story: started posting, got results, stopped. None of your current ads talk about this. It reaches your biggest group (51% of applicants) through empathy and shared experience, not fear or anger.
Setting: Casual, sitting down. Coffee in hand if possible. Chat with a friend.
Energy: Empathetic, understanding. You've been through this too. NOT preachy.
Length: About 2 minutes  |  Important: The guilt line should feel like empathy, not judgment.

Hook

You started posting on social media. You were consistent for a few weeks, maybe a month. You started getting some traction. Some likes, a few comments, maybe even a lead or two.

And then you stopped.

The Cycle

Sound familiar? I hear this from business owners every single day.

You got busy. A big job came in, or you ran out of ideas. So you stopped. A week went by. Then two weeks. Then a month. And now your last post is from October and you feel guilty every time you open Instagram.

The worst part? You KNOW it was working. But you couldn't keep it up on your own, on top of running your entire business.

The Reframe

The problem wasn't you. The problem was you didn't have a system.

You were waking up every morning trying to figure out what to post. Spending an hour writing one caption. Guessing at everything. Of course you burned out.

That's not marketing. That's improvising. And improvising doesn't last.

Bridge

When you have a system, you know exactly what to post, when, and why. All of it takes about two hours a week once you know what you're doing.

I've been through the same cycle, man. Started and stopped more times than I want to admit before I built a system.

CTA

I put together a free training where I break down the whole system. Not "tips and tricks." An actual system that runs every week whether you feel motivated or not.

If you've started and stopped before, this is how you stop the cycle. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.

8

Live Audit Recording

Why this angle: The live audit is your most powerful sales tool. Every person who gets a thorough audit either buys or stays warm. This turns it into ad content. Nobody else in this space runs screen recording audit ads. The format itself is a differentiator. This SHOWS your expertise in real-time instead of just talking about it.
Setting: SCREEN RECORDING. Full audit on camera. Face in corner bubble.
Energy: Your sales call energy. This is what you do every day. React naturally.
Length: About 3 minutes. Can go longer if the content stays interesting.
Have ready: Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, a website. Do NOT audit a real prospect.

Hook

I'm about to audit a local business's entire online presence. Watch what I find. I guarantee you, your business has some of the same problems.

The Audit (screen recording — react naturally to what you find)

(Open Google Maps. Search a local business type. Click a listing.)

Hit these points as you find them:

•  Wrong business category. Free to fix, two minutes.

•  No recent photos. Google thinks they might be closed.

•  Reviews not responded to. Google ranks businesses that respond higher.

•  Zero Google Maps posts. Most owners don't know this exists.

(Check their social media and website.)

•  Social media dead for months. Website loads slow on mobile.

(Look at camera.)

This business is open. They're doing good work. But online? They look abandoned. If I'm a new customer, I'd pick their competitor every single time.

The Punchline

Every single thing I just pointed out is fixable.

Most of it is free. The Google Maps stuff takes an afternoon. The ads are the only part that costs money, and we're talking $1,000 a month. This is basics that nobody showed you how to do.

CTA

I do this exact audit for business owners on a call, for free. But if you want to see the full system, I put together a free training that breaks down everything, step by step.

If any of what I just showed you looks familiar, this video was made for you. It's free. Click the link below and go watch it.
